Escape Room Booking Terms and Conditions

1. By making a booking, the participant confirms that they have read and understood the limitations and rules of the escape room game, including the following:
   • Age Restrictions: each escape room has age limitations. The person making the booking must ensure that all participants meet the age requirements for the specific game.
   • Maximum Number of Participants: each escape room has a maximum number of participants allowed. The person making the booking must ensure that the number of participants does not exceed the maximum limit.
   • Intoxication: Participants who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to enter the game. 
2. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who breaks the rules or limitations of the game. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided to participants who are refused service due to breaking the rules or limitations of the game.
3. Late Arrival: If a participant arrives late for their scheduled game, the game will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals.
4. Photography and Recording: Photography and recording during the game are strictly prohibited. Participants are not allowed to take pictures or videos inside the escape room game.
5. Behavior: Participants are expected to behave appropriately during the game. The Administrator reserves the right to remove anyone who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior from the game. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for participants who are removed from the game.
6. Language: The game is conducted in Lithuanian or English. If participants require the game to be conducted in Ukrainian or Russian language, a request must be made at least 48 hours in advance. The Administrator will try to fulfill the request if it is possible. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that all participants understand the language of the game.
7. Liability: By booking an escape room game, participants acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their safety and any injuries that may occur during the game. The Administrator is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the game.
8. Payment: Games booked for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, as well as bookings of 2 or more games for the same day, are subject to advance payment. The Administrator reserves the right to send an invoice for advance payment to ensure the booking. If such a proforma invoice is sent, the participant must pay 100% of the invoice within the determined period to guarantee the booking. If payment is not made, the booking will be canceled. For all other days, payment can be made at the venue before the start of the game. Payment can be made by cash or card.
9. Cancellation rules: If a participant cancels their booking not later than 48 hours before the game start time, they will receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation is made not later than 24 hours before the game start time, the participant will receive a 50% refund. If the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the game start time, no refund will be provided.
10. Rescheduling: Participants can reschedule their booking to another day if the request is made no later than 24 hours before the game start time. Rescheduling can only be made once and is subject to availability. There will be no cost associated with rescheduling. If the participant needs to reschedule a second time, it will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.
